Martha A. Eley Matthews, 58, passed away April 13, 2021. She was born in Norfolk, VA on December 12, 1962 to the late Percy Eley, Jr. and Mae F. Godfrey Eley. She worked at Captain D's from 1997 until 2011 and Burger King before that.
She was a member of Enoch Baptist Church.
She leaves to honor her memory, 3 daughters Monique T. Eley Gordon (Leeroy), Brandi K. Matthews, and Brenyarda S. Matthews; 1 son Marcus L. Eley; 3 sisters Angela D. Eley-Coleman (Mack), Patrina Taylor, and Jamie McDowney (Andre'); 4 brothers Percy Eley III, Christopher D. Eley (Kristina), Calvin R. Eley (April), and Percival Jones and 5 grandchildren.
