Mr. Reshun Ashley

Reshun Jeremiah Ashley was born July 18th, 1978 in Portsmouth VA Naval Hospital. He was raised in Norfolk VA where he attended Norfolk collegiate Academy and was a star athlete. He played varsity football and received his diploma at Booker T Washington H.S Reshun met his wife Akita at 17yrs old and from this union they have 4 daughters whom he loved and adored.

Reshun was a man of dignity, morals and knowledge of self. He was a sports fanatic and cheered his Washington redskins and Boston Celtics on every season. Reshun loved music he recorded numerous songs that he wrote. He spent many days singing and humming to music way before his time. Reshun removed all limitations that were put before him. He was a warrior, a leader, a lover, a father and a friend. Reshun lit his eternal light May 9th, 2021. He will be forever loved.
 

Reshun leaves to cherish his everlasting memories: Akita Harrington(wife) Shamari Ashley, Kiaunnie Ashley, Dajauna Ashley and Tatiyana Ashley (all of Norfolk) as well as numerous Family and Friends.
