Harold V. Satchell, affectionately called “Shine” was born to Charles E. Ames and Eunice Satchell-Ames on August 16, 1952 in Boston, Virginia.
Harold attended the Accomack County Public School System.
Harold accepted the Lord at a very young age and was baptized in 1964
at Shiloh Baptist Church under the pastorate of Reverend James Martin.
Harold worked as a short order cook in Ocean City, Maryland. He later followed in his father’s footsteps and became a long-distance truck driver.
Harold was known for his exceptional chef abilities.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Eunice Ames, one brother Charles Allen Satchell, and a special friend Dorothy Watson.
He leaves to cherish his memories…
