Marian Robbins Martinez, wife of Charles Martinez, of Exmore, VA. passed away peacefully on June 11, 2025, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, Va. Marian was born on January 25, 1943, in Nassawadox, Va, to the late Walter(Skeeter) Robbins and the late Margaret Wilson Robbins.

Marian was a graduate of Northampton High School and went on to receive her Bachelor's of Nursing Degree, and was a registered nurse at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, Va for over 20 years before she retired home to enjoy spending time with her husband, embracing her love of all things cats, especially her special fur baby, Henrietta, shopping on QVC and many many crossword puzzles. 

In addition to her loving husband of almost 50 years, she is survived by 4 children; Margaret Ann Scarpellini of Italy, Charles Robbins of Cape Charles, VA., Walter Taylor of Kentucky, and Angela Marshall(Jason) of Cape Charles, VA.; 10 grandchildren; Emily Scarpellini and Elise Giannini(Tomasso) of Italy, Amber and Andy Robbins of Cape Charles, VA., Patricia Taylor of Kentucky, Zoey Taylor of Kentucky, Zion, Zamory, Zyina, and Zasha Kenner and Phoenix Marshall of Cape Charles, VA. 6 great grandchildren; Leonardo, Greta, and Simone Giannini of Italy, Emma Kellam of Cape Charles VA., Isabella Lewis of Cape Charles, VA. and Aubrey Huffman of Kentucky. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 children; Billie Gene Hicks and Robin Lynn Hicks(Carter), both of Kentucky.
