Louise Irene Walker

Louise Irene Walker better known to her family and friends as “Rene” departed from life on April 15, 2026. Louise was employed by severalcompanies throughout her lifetime, including Snyders, Joan’s & Larry’s, Sally’s & Bob’s, and Perdue Farms, until her retirement. Louise loved cooking and sewing.

Louise was preceded by her cherished husband, Albert James Walker Sr. (Sonny), her parents, Alberta and Thomas Johnson Sr., as well as her two brothers, Allen Johnson and Thomas Johnson Jr.

Louise is survived by three grandchildren whom she raised as her own, Ja’mes Nelson of Eden NC, Zhamon Walker of Nassawadox VA, and Eugene Walker of Nassawadox VA, Stepchildren,  Joyce Walker Smith (Terry) of Reidsville NC, Albert Walker Jr of Greensboro NC, Corey Beckett of Belle haven VA, Two sisters Amanda Baines of Exmore VA, Carrie Burton of Hare valley VA,  three brothers, Robert Johnson of Melfa VA, Roy Johnson(Ann) of Nassawadox VA,  Lonnie Johnson of Belle haven, in addition of 14 grandkids, 28 great grandkids, 5 sister-in-law’s, 5 brother-in-law’s, with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends
