Frederick Washington known to many as “Frank” was born on May 18, 1960, in Hollywood South Carolina. Frank departed here on January 23, 2025, at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk VA

Frank attended the public school system In South Carolina. After receiving his formal education, Frank begins working on big ships, Rooting and Bayshore Concrete

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Carrie Mae Murphy Daggins, Father, Issac Daggins Sr, his sister Dolris Campbell, and his brothers, Isiah Washington and Issac Daggins Jr.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife LaTanya Washington of Cape Charles VA, three daughters; Shonya Washington, of Cape Charles, VA, Ebony Reid of Cape Charles Va, and Tameka Wynder of Exmore Va., three sons; Stephon “Lil Frank” Tankard, Khiry Washington of Cape Charles Va, and Tyree Washington of Norfolk Va. twelve grandchildren Jha’Nay, Skye, DeMiyah, Chloee, Darius, Tevar, Azeri, Nicholas, Ziasia, Keyon, Randy Jr and Rymere. He also has two great-grandchildren. Ten sisters; Rosa “Jean” Washington (Campbell), Lilly “Bell” Washington, Rebecca “Becca” Logan (Alvin), Joyce “Liz” Robinson (Tony), Carrie Daggins (Joe), Celestine “Bumper” Daggins (Robert), Tina Connie “Peanut” Williams (Benard), Jeanette Daggins, and Annette Daggins. Six Brothers; Oscar “Bull” Washington (Diane), Issac “Hayze” Washington, Willie “Joe” Daggins, Jessie “Chicken” Daggins (Celina), Lorenzo “Renny” Daggins (Valirie), and Andrew “Lewis” Daggins (Rochelle). Forty nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews. A special niece Lashawnda “Mama” Robinson and two special friends Samuel Thomas and Jeffery Bryant along with a host of other relatives and friends
