Celebration of Life Evelyn Britt Clark 68, of Virginia Beach, Virginia entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 24, 2015. She was born on November 1, 1946 to the late Mary Ellen "Ma Ellen" Britt and Vellwood Vassell "SUG" Britt. Evelyn was educated in the Princess Anne County School System. She furthered her education and followed her passion and became a nurse. Evelyn enjoyed her friends and playing cards. Evelyn leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Gwendolyn A Clark, (Durham, NC); two sons, AJ Clark and Marcus V. Clark Jr. (Virginia Beach, VA); six grandchildren, Brandon A. Clark, Kiana Morris, Ja'Melle Morris, Marcus V. Clark, Javonne Williams and Carrington Clark; five great grandchildren, Shanayah D. Eason, Jabari Brooks, Julyan Morris, Johan Morris and Mason Morris; a host of cousins and friends. As we gather today to celebrate the life of Evelyn Clark we must cast our gaze on the resurrection. The life of Jesus Christ, take comfort and have confidence in his word.
