Dorothy Gray was born to the Union of Ellis and Lucy Warren on February 3, 1945. She attended Northampton County Public Schools. Dorothy retired after twenty-eight years from Purdue Farms. Mrs. Gray passed away peacefully at home on August 12, 2023, surrounded by family and friends.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years Melvin J. Gray; her parents Ellis Warren Sr. and Lucy Warren; two brothers, Ellis Warren Jr. and Eugene Warren and her sister Beulah Savoris.
Dorothy leaves to cherish her memories, three sons Timothy C. Gray (Marlene), Kendall L. Gray (Ellen), Melvin E. Gray and a godson Marquese Washington; four brothers Edward Warren, James Warren, Larry Warren, and David Warren; and two sisters Emma Ford and Diane (Joseph) Sturgis.
Dorothy was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She will be sorely missed by everyone that knew her.
